Master bed room (13*11) with balcony is available with wooden tiles and AC. Another room (11*11) is available with balcony and shared bathroom.Rent can be proportionally adjusted among all three. Likley rent be 7500 /month for master bed room and 6000 /month for other bed room .Maintenance (Approx-4000/month) and electricity cost as per actual.
